License Agreement

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• “Agreement” refers to this License Agreement and all its terms and conditions
• “Licensee” refers to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Content
• “Content” refers to all instructions, written lessons, and materials provided through the Website
• “Website” refers to Project Club's online platform available at www.projectclub.dev

2. License Grant

Project Club grants the Licensee a personal license to access and use the Content. This license is non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable.

3. License Term

This license is effective upon access and shall remain in effect unless terminated. Project Club may revoke this license immediately if the Licensee violates any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and delete all copies of the Content.

4. Permitted Uses

Under this license, the Licensee may use the Content to:

• Create software projects for personal use
• Develop software for commercial purposes, including building commercial software for the Licensee's own use or for direct clients

The Licensee may use the knowledge gained from the Content to create software, but may not reproduce or redistribute the Content itself.

5. License Restrictions

The Licensee is expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling, packaging, or distributing the Content or derivative works as part of a competing product or educational material.
• Using the Content in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Downloading and sharing the Content with unauthorized third parties without explicit consent
• Creating derivative works based on the Content
• Transferring, sublicensing, renting, or leasing their rights to the Content

6. Attribution

The Licensee is not required to provide attribution to Project Club when using the Content to create personal or commercial software projects.

7. Export Control

The Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations. The Licensee may not use or access the Content if located in a country subject to government embargoes or sanctions.

8. Intellectual Property

Project Club retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Content, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Content is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Project Club does not warrant that the Content will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Licensee's use of the Content.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania. The Licensee agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue in such courts.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and Project Club regarding the Content and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Content.
